Triangle Digital ("we", "our", or "us") provides digital products for Shopify tagging and tracking solutions. This Refund Policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding refunds for our digital products.

Digital Products

All products sold by Triangle Digital are digital products that are delivered electronically. These products include but are not limited to our Shopify tracking packages:

  • Shopify Tagging - Basic Package
  • Shopify Tagging - Comprehensive Package

No Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products and the inability to "return" digital goods, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  1. Technical Delivery Failure: If you did not receive your digital product due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue by providing you with access to the product within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Product Misrepresentation: If the product you received is materially different from what was advertised on our website at the time of purchase. Screenshots or other evidence may be required.

Please note that requests for exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests based on "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with your specific setup do not qualify for exceptions.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under one of the exception circumstances, please contact us at contact@triangledigital.xyz with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Product purchased
  • Detailed reason for the refund request, with supporting evidence where applicable

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
